DC Ranch and Silverleaf

Market Street has three distinct neighborhoods within its village.  One of them is the Courtyards at Market Street which features townhomes with four different floorplans (one of them two-story) ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet.  Market Street Villas is a gated subdivision with 75 single-family villa style luxury homes ranging from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet.   The Villas has its own community pool and spa.

Another village in DC Ranch, Country Club Village features its own townhome subdivision called Tapadero Villas.  These homes range in size from 2,600 to 3,000 square feet and were built by Geoffrey Edmunds.   Country Club Village is guard-gated and includes access to the Country Club at DC Ranch.   The nearby Desert Camp Village features Rosewood Homes, which contains 34 luxury homes, backing up to open space.  These homes have five different floor plans and range in size from 2,300 to 4,000 square feet.    Camelot Homes offers tri-plex villas, single-family 2-3 bedroom homes, ranging in size from 2,062 to 2,600 square feet, in a gated subdivision within walking distance to nearby Market Street.

A separate village built within DC Ranch in 2002, Silverleaf is an enclave with 700 homes spread out over 8,300 acres.  Of this land, 4,600 acres are dedicated to open space.  The residents of Silverleaf have access to the Silverleaf Club and Spa, as well as a par 72 signature Tom Weiskopf golf course.  Silverleaf contains six different subdivisions and builders.   For example, The Village features Mediterranean style villas and cottages built by Cullum Homes, adjacent to the Silverleaf Golf Course.  The Sterling at Silverleaf is home to custom homes and luxury condominiums, all featuring beautiful mountain and desert views.

There are three different monthly Home Homeowner’s Association fees in DC Ranch which fall into three categories:  Community Council, the Ranch Association as well as Neighborhood fees (where applicable).  These fees fund the operation and maintenance of the community centers and amenities, as well as common area maintenance.  Some neighborhood fees also cover security features.

Resort-style amenities are the name of the game in DC Ranch and Silverleaf, with a Tom Lehman and a John Fought designed 18-hole golf course in the DC Country Club.  DC Ranch is also home to two community centers:  the Homestead and Desert Camp.  The Homestead offers an adventure playground and basketball courts, as well as a splash pad and a community theatre.  Desert Camp also offers an adventure playground, a pool, a fitness room, as well as basketball and tennis courts.  There are 33 miles of paths and trails throughout DC Ranch, perfect for outdoor and fitness enthusiasts.  Nearby McDowell Mountain Regional Park also offers over 40-miles of hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails.

The Scottsdale School District serves family-friendly DC Ranch and Silverleaf.  Copper Ridge Elementary, Copper Ridge Middle School and Chaparral High School service this community, with Copper Ridge located less than a mile away. Also nearby is Notre Dame Preparatory High School, a private high school.

Nearby shopping includes DC Ranch Marketplace, Market Street, Canyon Ranch, El Pedregal, as well as the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons.  DC Ranch is approximately 25 miles away from Sky Harbor International Airport.
