North Scottsdale Kierland Area

This area of North Scottsdale contains several different neighborhoods and communities. The Kierland subdivision features luxury condos as well as single family homes.  Kierland Heritage, for example, is a townhome community with one and two story options and large floorplans up to 2,500 square feet.  Other subdivisions within this area of North Scottsdale include Paradise Park Vista which features single family homes with manicured lots in the highly sought after North Ranch Elementary neighborhood.  The gated community of Belmont in Triple Crown features single family homes built in 1997 and feeds into the popular Copper Canyon Elementary School.  Other subdivisions within this area include Scottsdale Sonoran Villas, Vintage at Scottsdale and the Estates at Ironwood Village.

There are several popular parks in this area, including Greenway Park, Kierland Park and Desert Horizon Park, all of which feature athletic fields, walking paths and playgrounds.  Golfing options in this area include the Kierland Golf Club and the Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale.  Entertainment, dining and shopping options abound in North Scottsdale, from the Ice Den and Cracker Jax, to the outdoor shopping malls of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter.  Other shopping areas include The Shops at Zocallo and the Promenade Shopping Center.

The A rated Paradise Valley Unified School District serves this area, from North Ranch Elementary, Liberty Elementary, Copper Canyon Elementary, Sandpiper Elementary, to Sunrise Middle School, and Horizon High School.
